Covid rules canaries

Hi anyone know covid requirements in canaries
Im aware of vaccination status etc but what happens if you catch covid over there , what are isolation rules , testing etc , anyone know where could find out ?

I was there recently and looked into it as I am vulnerable.
If you get covid and are not unwell most people don't have to isolate.

The exceptions are pregnant women, over 60s and immunocompromised.
Just make sure your insurance covers covid (it won't if you are unvaccinated) and you have a GHIC.
