Vomiting and dizziness

My 15 year old was ill with covid last week. He started with cold symptoms on Wednesday and tested positive on Friday..By Monday he was feeling fine and testing negative. He went back to school yesterday (Thursday)..had sports day...and started feeling dizzy and sick after his race. Today he has been off school and sick twice. I'm thinking maybe he over did it with the running. He says he feels like he does when he gets motion sickness in the car.
Does this sound like a.covid side effect? I don't know what to make of it. (and I'm.worrying because my older son is in the middle of his alevel exams... absolutely freaking at the thought of it being an uncovid related norovirus)

I tested positive 9th march and felt like motion sickness too for much of march and April. Now June not dizzy but still vomiting from time to time

I tested positive last Monday and have had dizziness and balance problems all week. Googled it and it's quite common apparently, and can crop up post covid too.
