Trying to work out what to do with my year 11 ds as hes in the middle of GCSE's. My husband and dd have just tested positive today. My son had a very bad headache and felt sick earlier in the week but no other symptoms. Tested negative on lft but never sure if he does them right. I know he looked very unwell. Husband has more cold like symptoms and dd2 just temperature and sore throat. Wondeirng if we should isolate him from them, let him catch it with it being half term rather than it being caught by me and passed to him next week or assume he caught it first and the headache was covid-just not sure if its likely that would be his only symptom....

Yes. My middle teen and my eldest both had headaches but no other symptoms.

They were mild cases.

Thanks-that's reassuring to here. Was it short lived?

My 11 year old had covid for first time over Easter and headaches was his main symptom, lasted around 3 days.

Bad headache and being sick was my DS's only symptoms. Was better after 2 or 3 days and bouncing off the walls.

We all felt light headed at some point for a couple of days. That was our only symptom. I feel light headed most days so didn’t realise it until my 12 year old complained of same.
