Recent covid symptoms

Negative on lateral flow but I’ve had congestion and a slight cough. I feel like my throat is funny but not sore. I had really bad stitch like pains in my tummy and had a blood like taste on my mouth. Today I wake up and it feels like my chest is heavy. I’m trying to stay separate from people in the house but could this just be a cold/tummy bug? I’m so paranoid of giving it to anyone else. What are people’s recent symptoms of covid?

I tested positive today. Started off as a sore throat four days ago, very dry mouth, then body achiness all over. Chesty cough, last night I couldn't stop shivering for hours and then I was too hot. So tested today. I am really hoping it doesn't get any worse cos this is grim - so much for 'mild' covid others around me are getting! Your symptoms do sound like covid. I started one day with tight chest and fatigue, didn't test positive until 2 days later when cough kicked in.

My DS has a cold at the moment. Sore throat, snotty nose, feels rotten, but is negative.
