Booster but lateral flow positive

I started with just a dry throat a few days ago then turned into sore, irritated throat right at the bottom and hoarse voice. Done a lateral flow and it's positive. I was meant to be having my booster jab on Friday coming, but know I'll have to cancel it.
I'd like to get a recorded covid result so then I can retest and get a recovery certificate. Does anyone know how I go about it? Also, how long would you leave before getting the booster or would you not bother now?
I was fine with my first pfizer but had very bad experience with the second, which did put me off getting the booster for a while. Not sure what to do now.
Also, did anyone else with covid feel it all in your vocal cords mainly?

You cant get PCR tests free now. Might need to use a private company to get a proof of recovery

It's a 4 week wait after covid before getting a booster

If the LFT was a govt one then you can still register it online? If nit find someone who still has some and use that QR code to register it. Then you can get a cert from NHS website.

Thinking about it, am not even sure you need to link a NHS sick note with an actual test.

I dont think you get a certificate from the LFTs, just from a PCR

Sorry misunderstood what you wanted, don't know how recovery certs work.

Do bother with booster they're very important. You have to wait 28 days from yr positive test.
