Covid day 8.....do I go back to work?

Testing negative since yesterday but feeling wiped out. A shower exhausts me. Attempted a food shop yesterday, was dizzy and had to go back to bed.

Dilemma is I work from home. I could not go into an office because I'm too fatigued but I could possibly get some work done at home.

Do I go back to work tomorrow or do I take more time off? If I'm going to feel like this regardless I may as well go back. If I'm going to benefit from rest I should take more time off. Opinions please, I just don't know.

I'd take another day or two to rest. It's one sickness occurrence already, no point rushing back then needing a second sick leave.

Doesnt sound like you are fit to return.
Dont get mixed up with doing a couple of hours to help out, wait til you are fit for the whole day.

More time off; you are still ill.

I think your all probably right. I've not had time off sick for years so feeling somewhat guilty which is probably very silly of me.
