I've just had my 2 children vaccinated confused slightly about how long untill next one

Both kids had their 1st vaccines this afternoon. It was called Pfizer Cominatry I just read the information booklet it says next one should be 3 weeks after the 1st, but at the clinic we got told it was 12 weeks anyone can clear this up please

For children being vaccinated by the NHS, the second jab is 12 weeks after the first.
