Covid 6 weeks ago: so cold since

At the start of Mar I got Covid. My asthma flared up but I have slowly been recovering since then.

I just can't get warm! So cold all the time even a room temperatures I used to melt at before.

Am I alone in this?

Not after covid but I was very sick about 10 years ago and I had this for about 3 months after recovery. It went away eventually though so hopefully will do the same for you.

My friend has had the same. She hasn't got her summer clothes yet this year because she's still wearing her winter ones. Its's been a few months for her and it's making her miserable, but she is hopeful that she'll be more comfortable in the hot weather because of it.

That's interesting. Great to know it eventually goes away.

That's a really good way of focusing on the positive; I love it!

I find hot baths really help to warm you up and the warmth seems to get more deeply into you than just air temperature warmth.

Could you be anaemic? That can make you feel cold.

Maybe get your Thyroid checked as that's a symptom of an underactive Thyroid. I was diagnosed with this after Covid.
