Covid /post covid skin

Has anyone had issues with extremely dry skin during and since covid especially on face and has anything helped? Im day 19 post covid and my skin still feels awful.
I've also had itchy lumps under all my tattoos esp on my arms
Anyone else??

Y face and lips were extremely dry for a while after covid, I had dry patches on my eyelids, cerave eyecream helped with that. My lips throbbed with dryness and O, Keefes lip balm was the only thing that helped

Snail mucin cream sorted me right out! That, a ton of water and time. Did take a couple of months but the snail mucin cream made me look vaguely hunan in the interim.
