Really worried now I have it

I recently had some tests for a suspected DVT. I didn’t have the DVT even though the D Dimer test came back positive.

Now I’ve got Covid I can’t help but link the D Dimer result with it and feel like I’m bound to have a bad outcome because my blood is naturally “clotty”.

I have had all 3 jabs and I’m only in my 30s so there is no reason for me to be as scared as I am.

My DH is going through some nasty health complications and I think everything just feels heightened at the moment. Sad

I just had a blood test for heart palpitations; my d-dimer test is 0.50, slightly high. Kind of worried now? Did you have to repeat it the blood test?

I have blood that is naturally clotty (in my case Protein S Def. has caused 2 DVTs before being put on life long blood thinning medication) and have had all three covid vaccinations..

I have had covid at least twice and honestly for me it has been fine, I have had worse colds, might not be the same for everyone but I got off very lightly.
