Covid tongue

Had runny nose and sore throat for a few days (-ve lateral flow) and then what I thought was oral thrush: white coating on tongue but also very sore lumps along edges of tongue and generally a sore mouth (no sense of taste). I wasn't able to get miconazole gel and it does seem to be clearing up now without any intervention. Have since seen on the Zoe app the concept of Covid tongue. Does anyone have any experience of this?

Have you only tested the once? Sometimes it takes a few days to test positive.

Apparently Covid tongue is like geographic tongue. I get geographic tongue anyway from time to time, not related to Covid.
