Side effects?

I am a week post covid, felt fine mild symptoms feel very lucky. Now however as soon as I start walking I get a stitch type pain in my right side that does not go away until I've stopped walking for around 10 mins.

I exercise regularly, I walk 6-8 miles regularly and never had this.

Anyone else had weird side effects?

Yes. Am 7 weeks in

4 weeks in and I find a brisk walk is enough for the chest pain to return, with a touch of breathlessness if I walk up hill ( not helpfully as I live at the bottom of one). Weird as I wasn't breathless when I first got it. Admittedly I wasn't the fittest person beforehand but I could usually manage to walk a mile or 2 without issue.
