Fizzing

Hi,

I'm currently on day 5 of covid and a couple of times today and yesterday I have had a bizarre tingling/fizzing almost like pins and needles sensation in the tip of my nose and sometimes around my face to my cheeks. Is this a recognised symptom/something others have experienced? I have had covid before (2020) and didn't get anything like this

I experienced this for a few weeks post Covid.

Could it be shingles. That starts off with a weird fizzing feeling
