Covid round 2... Tender neck

I first had covid on the 24th Jan 22 and tested a strong positive today after a fee days of really light lateral flows. I'm in northern Ireland so can still get lfts, and pcr. My daughter had a strong positive on today 8th April and this is also her second time but she's fine and testing negative again.
However my first 3 lft, where super faint I know a line is a line but this morning I woke up and my neck/gland area is so tender. Is this a symptom. Should I really only be counting my day zero from today? I feel crap and not planning on going anywhere but this gland/neck thing is seriously weird.
