Recovery Certificate

Could someone please tell me how to get a recovery certificate for travel to Spain? I had Covid 4 weeks ago and have a holiday booked to Majorca on the May half term.

I can't find it anywhere that clearly states how to get one.

You need to have taken a PCR test to confirm the positive. If you have you need the NHS app which will have the recovery certificate in there

Did you have a NHS PCR to confirm your covid status? As far as I know, that's required to generate the recovery certificate in the NHS App as part of your NHS Covid Pass.

Yes I did do the PCR and have the record in my NHS app but it doesn't seem to have all the details on it that would be for a certificate. I just wondered whether anyone had bought one from a private provider?

On another forum I'm on for travel to Orlando they are mostly using Warwickshire Health but I believe it costs £79

You need to go onto the actual nhs covid app and the recovery certificate will be under your covid 19 records. They will accept the NHS one so no need to pay for a private one. It has a QR code on it. Should automatically be there once about 11 days after your positive test has been done
