Anxiety and Covid…

Hi, has anyone here felt with awful anxiety with Covid? Or can relate…

When I first got it I kept having awful doomful thoughts of dying alone on the sofa and in bed. I also had same doomful thoughts that if I stood up and moved I would collapse and die on the floor.

I still feel like this but now I am waking up in the night with what feels like a panic attack. Pounding heart and that magnified butterflies feeling.

Not to that degree but I always get a bit anxious when really ill or badly slept. Are you recovered now enough to do the things you enjoy and find relaxing? A bit more rest and tlc should help

The anxiety I had about catching covid was way worse than the anxiety I felt when I eventually caught it. It was a relief to know I survived it!

It’s horrible to feel like that. I have been anxious at times recently. I have CBD oil in the cupboard but I’m worried about taking it.

Like the previous poster I was more anxious before I had Covid and made a Covid survival box.

I hope that you’re able to get on top of your anxiety. Xx

My ds had anxiety as his first symptom. He doesn’t usually have it and I told him to get a test as he wasn’t feeling his normal calm self and it was positive!
I tested positive today and for the past week, have been having panic attacks out of the blue
