Bleeding after bowel movements post Covid

TMI I know! Slowly coming out of COVID fatigue and nausea. Every morning I have bleeding when I do this. And it's loads. It's been happening a few days now.
I am going to get a doctor's appointment but thought I'd ask. Has anyone else had this?

I haven’t but stopping by to give you a handhold. Please don’t delay in getting this checked out properly and don’t be fobbed off with platitudes from your GP .

Have you been constipated? As could be internal piles.

What did this turn out to be?. I've noticed blood in my stool/toilet bowl (none when I wipe though) and it all started around the time I got covid
