If you've had Covid twice...

...Can I ask when you had the two doses, were you vaccinated, if you suspect they were Omicron/Delta, and how ill you were each time?

I had a mild case of what I presume was Omicron a few weeks ago and was hoping that would be it for now! From the things I'd read it seemed to say that having it twice was unusual.

But I'm seeing a lot of posters mentioning people who've had it twice, so now thinking again about how at risk I am.

Daughter had this. October Delta, high temps in bed for a week. December Omicron (assuming this as this is when the rates were high) didn’t know she’d got it only found out from a PCR

I'm triple vaxxed and had it in January. Was pretty poorly.

I'm on day 12 of my second go around and for a few days, it was like bad flu but the worst was over quickly. I'm still exhausted though and wondering why it won't lift.

No idea re variants.

My DD has had it twice, once in Feb and again in March. She's double vaxxed, first dose in Nov and 2nd in Dec.

I've had it twice, once a few weeks ago, felt flu like for a few days, tired for 3 weeks cough, temperature. Now feel fine again. Had it 2 years ago was very unwell, the most ill I've felt ever. Had pleurisy with it. Pre tests but had a heavy viral load due to environment I work in, 2 others had it too and felt the same way. Was off for 2 weeks but I'll for around 8 weeks then felt exhausted for most of the year, still have to catch breath going upstairs. Don't know what the strain was 2 years ago but wonder if it would have been different if I'd had vaccines by then.

I had it October 2020 (pre-vaccine availability) and then again this February after being double vaxxed.

First time it was on my chest and I was so bloody poorly and am still not quite right, second time felt like a horrible head cold. First time I was off work for a month, second time I was off for two weeks. I already had long Covid from the first lot though.

I had it last December just after my booster. Was pretty asymptomatic.

Have it again now and it’s awful.

DP, DS (17)and I all had Delta in October and Omicron (I assume) a couple of weeks ago. DP and I both triple vaxxed (he's CEV also) and DS unvaxxed. Delta totally wiped DP and I out for a good 3 weeks, but DS was barely affected - wouldn't have known he had it if he hadn't tested. Omicron was like a very heavy cold for about 5 days for all of us.

We all had Omicron (I assume as it was the dominant variant) back in Feb. DS brought it home from school. Pretty much symptomless for all of us aside from one bout of night sweats for my DS & DH. I had a sore lower back for an evening (thought it was period pains) and achy ankles. This was all before we actually tested positive. Once we tested positive we really didn't have symptoms at all and wouldn't have known we even had it. Tested negative after 10 days.

We all tested positive again two weeks ago and assume we had the hybrid omicron b12 or whatever it's called. DD had a cough for one night which is why we tested her. She was positive first. Then us all a few days later. Literally no symptoms at all aside from a slightly scratchy throat for half a day two days before I tested positive. Then nothing at all. Felt great. Tested negative after 5 days.

We are all unvaccinated
