I’ve been suffering from a dry nose and throat for a few days now. It’s quite uncomfortable. I can feel mucous in my ears so assume it’s all trapped in my sinuses.
Any suggestions on how to let it all out before I have a raging sinus infection on top of everything else?
Has anyone else had this as a symptom?
