nhs app glitchy?

Hi, I hope this isn't the wrong place for this. I've downloaded the NHS app and want to get my covid pass for travel abroad. The relevant page isn't loading, it's just stuck with a revolving circle and a 'loading' message. What do I need to get through? I've done the ID checks OK. Help would be appreciated because I don't want some crappy technology to stand in the way of my trip!

Have you only just downloaded it?

I couldn’t actually do anything with mine until maybe 12 hours or so after if that helps.
