Now PCRs are scrapped how can we generate a proof of recovery certificate?

Apparently LFTs are not accepted for proof of recovery (I can understand this as there’s no actual proof you’ve had it - anyone can go online and say they’ve had a positive LFT)

So how is that going to work going forward? Should everyone that intends to travel at some point pay for a private PCR, just in case you’ll need it?

I guess it just won't be applicable to anyone now? If nobody can test, nobody knows they have COVID, nobody knows they've 'recovered' from COVID.

The boosters will 'expire' at some point for those who are not eligible for ongoing boosters, so countries will have to stop discriminating based on vaccination/recovery status.
