Chest pain when coughing

Slightly odd question and I didn't want to be too descriptive in my title, but does anyone else get a really unpleasant burning/prickling sensation in their breasts with a COVID cough? I've never felt anything like it and it's really uncomfortable.

I tested positive in December and I had this. It was awful and lasted probably about 3-4 weeks. I called Gp and on about the 2nd week got a course of antibiotics.
