Dizzy and Lightheaded?

Hi everyone,
Thought I was loads better by last night - day 4 or 5 - coughing had mostly stopped and aches and pains resolved. Not feeling too drained.
But this morning I woke up totally lightheaded and dizzy and I can't shake the weird feeling in my head. I feel a bit vague and removed if that's a way of explaining it? Hearing feels muffled too as if I'm in a bubble. I do have blocked sinuses though. Have done nothing all day.
Is this something anyone else has experienced? I don't like it.

I had the dizzy/lightheadedness. After 2 weeks it seems to have finally gone unless I stand up too fast.

That's reassuring to hear - for me, that someone else had it and for you, that it's gone now!

I currently have this feeling too, am on day 5, my ears felt a bit off today and quite sensitive with a whooshing feeling. Currently feeling quite lightheaded, I hope this passes quick I don't like it!

I don’t have this but I just wanted to say that sounds normal for sinus issues.

I had this day 6 and 7

Both myself and DH had this along with shakes for 2 of our days ill. Don’t know if being dizzy was due to not eating a lot, I did go back to putting sugar in tea and coffee, just to get sugar levels up.

No danger of that here - it hasn't put my off my food too badly.

Yes I had/ have this. It comes and goes. Currently day 7. Testing negative but still had the dizziness and light headedness this morning. Seems to come on after (Eve n mild) physical exertion

Had from Day 4 til 14

And yes continued after negative more so after physical exertion

I take it back. Did too much yesterday and the lightheadedness has returned.
