Covid & asthma?

Have any asthmatics on MN recently got over Covid? I thought I was over the worst but I feel like someone is sitting on my chest BUT my lung function reading seems OK, I'm not wheezing, no productive cough and my Fitbit showed my oxygen saturation went back up to 94% last night after I'd used my nebuliser.

With lung function ok and no signs of a chest infection would you just ignore the heavy feeling?

I was OK. Used my reliever inhaler quite a lot which I never normally need to do. I don't have a nebuliser and the fact that you do suggests your asthma is more severe than mine, having said that. In your shoes I'd probably get it checked out.

I am asthmatic and have Covid right now. I am having no issues at all despite having a somewhat chesty cough.

I am asthmatic and had covid last week. No problems with my lungs. I used my inhaler a bit more but that was it. I actually wondered if it gave me an advantage having an inhaler as it seemed to stop the cough really developing. Might just be coindence though - I am not a medic so have no real idea!

I went down to 92, but I wasn't particularly ill and didn't seem to end up with the chest infection I often get after colds.

My adult son has asthma and had covid 2 weeks ago along with us. He didn’t have a cough at all, he did take his inhalers more than usual.

I’ve got asthma- and Covid too at the moment. My chest is full of gunk but I’m not feeling more breathless then normal to my relief
