Hi , I’m triple jabbed & I’ve luckily avoided covid for 2 years. However last Thursday I had a scratchy throat as a precaution took a test which had a faint red line which to my understanding is a positive , tested again Friday definately 2 red lines
I’m feeling so ill, sore throat , headache and rotten head cold. I’ve been talking ibuprofen & paracetamol, Sudafed to help with the head cold
How long does it take to generally feel better ?
I can’t remember the last time I felt so crap

I was about 10 days but have to say 3 months on I'm still suffering with sinus pain and cough and fatigue.

Hope you soon feel better.

All 4 here had covid 2 weeks ago. DH and adult DS1 were in bed for 2 days, adult DS2 asthmatic had the least symptoms, but I didn’t test positive till 4 days later. I muddled through, looking after the other 3 and dog walking. None of us got early release on days 5 or 6, but slowly got better each day. DH sinus pain over eyes has only just gone after 14 days, but he doesn’t like taking medication as it upsets his stomach. We’re all still coughing.
