Can initial symptoms include upset stomach?

Have been around Covid a lot recently (as have most people, I expect). Have woken up today with an achy head, sore throat, nasal congestion, and diarrhoea. Just feel unwell. Going to test soon

It can do. I don’t have gastro symptoms but I did develop a sore throat/tickley cough which I tested negative for and then the following day positive.

On that basis, if you don’t have access to many tests I’d be tempted to stay in on the basis it could be and test tomorrow. You can still count your isolation from when the symptoms started.
