Hi guys. So I'm now on day 5 testing negative. Was positive for 11 long days! I felt rotten! The brain fog I had was horrendous. Anyway I'm now 2 weeks since my positive test and I can't seem to shift the tiredness, I'm still napping in the afternoons and now have this horrible taste in my mouth and weird feeling on my tounge! Anyone else have this? And how long are you guys taking to recover. I'm frustrated as I'm really active, I go to the gym every day and eat really healthy. I'm still not back at work and that guilt is killing me.. please tell me I'm not alone EnvyConfused x

No advice, my official day 11 but have had symptoms for more than two weeks now and still not feeling back to normal. I usually go running 4-5 times per week and it's incredibly frustrating to not be able to do that, I still have a cough and my lungs just don't feel quite right.
I hope you will feel better soon.
