Booster after ten months of last vaccine - have I lost fully vaccinated status?

I caught covid when I should have had my booster and do now I’m having it 10 months after my 2nd jab - does this mean I am no longer considered fully vaxxed and do I need to start over ?

No I don't think you need to start again plus covid itself will have boosted your immunity too

I had my first jab in July and haven’t been able to have my second yet, but I rang up to ask if I had a time limit and would have to start over and they said no
