Covid 2nd Time - how long for negative test

Just wondering if anyone who has had covid twice or more got over it quicker second time? My 10 year old had it in Nov and tested positive again yesterday. She seems to have very similar symptoms to last time.

I had no symptoms first time around in July, which may be as it was only a couple of weeks after my second vaccine, but currently on day 8 and only just starting to feel a bit better!

My DC have just had it for the second time. DC2 only had it in November and had a vaccine in February. She only tested positive for 5 days. DC1 who is 17 and double vaccinated only tested positive for four days.
