Anyone had Positive PCR Northern ireland?

Anyone had a recent PCR positive text message in Northern ireland? My own mother is freaking out about scam messages and I think she's deleted her actual PCR result text.

Can someone send a screen shot (dont forget to blur any details, made this mistake before and got signed up to all sorts of nonsense lol, live and learn) so I can show her what its supposed to look like and I'll go about trying to explain to an OAP how to retrieve deleted messages .

Also if anyone knows how to get them re-sent to you that'd be great too. I haven't found a way yet, can't really find any information on how to contact testing. I have a feeling she's been overcautious and is worrying herself stupid thinking she might have covid.
