Has anyone else had a problem with their Welsh vaccine record not being updated with a booster dose recieved at an English vaccine site? If so have you managed to resolve this?
NHS Wales ( health board covid service and covid vaccine passport line) all say there's nothing they can do as I had vaccine in England and so they can't update record. The first two doses also had in England have been added to my Welsh record, just not the booster
NHS England say they can't check my record or update it as my medical and vaccine records are held in Wales ( tried the covid vaccine reconciliation service)
The site I had my booster at have checked and confirmed it was recorded properly and is visible to them on the system and tried to re upload it to see if that helps (it hasn't).
In the meantime the clock is ticking to my planned holiday to a destination that requires a booster if more than 270 days after 2nd dose. Only realised there was a problem when I tried to download my vaccine pass (no NHS app in Wales)
Formally complained to health board over inaccuracy of my record. But just wondered if anyone else has found the right people to talk to to sort this out?
It really shouldn't be this difficult to get my health records updated and accurate
