Covid??

Started with a sore throat on Friday and by yesterday dry cough, bit headachy and bit lightheaded

Feeling pretty much ok at times and then ill

Done two LFT and both definitely negative

Work policy is if positive or have symptoms then stay off so will abide by that

But should I do a PCR?

I would with those symptoms though I had negative LFT and negative PCR on my first day of symptoms. LFT was positive the next day.

It took me, DH and DD over a week from the onset of symptoms to test positive. Our symptoms were the same as yours, particularly the lightheadedness. Also the way it seems to come and go.

My guess is that you'll test positive in the next few days, PCR or not.
