Are aches pains a symptom?

Testing negative so far my dd tested positive Monday night, have had sniffles on and off but yesterday I started getting slight ache pain coming and going at the top of my left arm and wrist, a few stabbing pains at the very top of my chest and an achy left leg front of thigh and back of calf mainly.
Woke during the night feeling very stiff and today my left leg back of the calf is achy and front of the thigh feels as if I've overdone it on the exercise!
I did do a workout Thursday and a few walks this week but I'm wondering could this be a symptom of covid although I'm testing negative?

Yes, it can be, according to the Zoe app. I’m currently positive and have really bad aches and pains all over, knees and upper back/neck especially bad.

My first symptom was an ache in my wrist. Then went to mild ache in arms and legs.

Yes definitely, my first symptoms were sore throat and a stupidly achey and painful back; I never suffer from back ache! Hope you feel better soon x

My first symptom was feeling really achy all over, could barely walk when I got out of bed. Sore throat started later that day.

I think so

I had aches after the vaccine

My sister (who gave it to me Sad) had aches for a week before testing positive

Yes it can be. I just had covid and my symptom was achy legs/hips, a couplenof sneezes, and tiredness. Tested negative on my daily LFTs but positive on PCR (which I took as rest if family were positive on LFTs). It’s a weird one.

On bright side didn’t last long for me apart from occasional bursts of sudden tiredness.

Backache was my first and worst symptom x
