Just had a reminder to send in the home pcrs but I sent yesterday ,does that mean it’s been lost ? Or automatic message ?

Hi, I’m worried that our pcrs have been lost because I just had emails reminding me to send in the home pcr tests I ordered for me and the children. Has anyone ordered a home test recently ?

I’m wondering if they always send a reminder to complete the tests and send it or whether this means they haven’t got ours (maybe the system isn’t that sophisticated though I don’t know ?!)

I’m hoping someone who has done home tests recently might be able to check emails and help me out. Thank you!

Meant to say I only put them in the priority post box yesterday at 3.45 ish (about an hour or so before the final post so wasn’t expecting a result yet but did think they might have got them …)

Please don’t worry, I’ve always had this message. It doesn’t mean it’s lost, it’s just a standard reminder.

Thank you! I’m feeling a bit silly as I just re read and right at the bottom it says please ignore this message if you have already sent your tests in. It was the thought of having to do it all again with the resulting upset from my youngest in particular ! Thanks again !

I've done a few over the last two years and always get this message, usually after I've got the results!
