How soon to start LFT again after covid?

Like many people we’re now in the position of having had covid. After weeks of daily LFT tests as we caught it well spaced out one after the other we are now looking forward to not having to LFT all the time.
Are there guidelines about when we should start doing LFT test regularly again? In Scotland btw

www.gov.scot/publications/coronavirus-covid-19-getting-tested/pages/no-covid-symptoms/ says to pause for 28 days

I had an email from the Zoe symptoms web site today about this. It said to test as soon as symptoms present and, if positive, don't test again for six days, as you'd be unlikely to test negative, ten days if you are over 75.

Thank you 😊 I had looked but hadn’t found anything.

Is that not for when you are positive and trying to leave isolation early? That's not about pausing LFT testing when you do them regularly

Oh yes I think you’re right. I’ll go with 28 days thank you.
