Question about booking covid vaccinations

My friend has finally booked her first vaccination but was wondering about the second one.
When I did mine it automatically offered me a date for the second one, same for Dh and ds but this was last year. Have things changed? Does she just go back online in 8 weeks and book her second one? I was thinking it’s because people are booking boosters now as well so things might have changed.

I'm sure it will be the same. The system will know what she's trying to book. Or she can just show up to a walk in clinic after 8 weeks.

Thanks. It’s taken her so long I just don’t want her to not bother with the second one.
