When is day 5?

I'm sure I should know this by now, but I'm doubting myself! If someone tests positive today (Saturday) when is day 5? We're in a part of the UK where we still need a negative on days 5 and 6 to end isolation. Is Day 5 on Wednesday or Thursday??

Today is day 0, so day 5 will be Thursday Smile
