Isolation period

Hi, apologies if this is obvious but just wanted to check when day 0 of isolation is. I started with symptoms last Sunday (13th) but tested negative on LFT that day. I then tested positive on 14th. Would day 0 be Sunday or Monday? I’m still testing positive on LFTs so looking like I will be doing the full 10 days but wanted to clarify when my day 10 is.

I would count day 0 as day of symptoms (13th)

I had similar (symptoms & negative test one evening, positive test the next morning) and I'm counting the day of symptoms as day 0.
