Negative and then positive. Help please!

I tested positive by lateral flow and pcr two weeks ago. I tested negative on day 9 and 10 and then negative since. I’ve just done a lateral flow (this would be day 12) and it’s positive. I was given a course of anti virals because I am CEV. What happens now? I can’t find anything online because I’m immune modified which confuses this! Currently on hold to 111.

Hope 111 help, if not can you contact your consultant (tomorrow)? Sorry, am not even sure what immune modified means, so not any help.

I will isolate today but I’m due back to work tomorrow so unsure what happens now!
I come under immune compromised technically

Hopefully LFT is just picking up old bits of infection. Unless you’ve got any new symptoms, I would think you are ok to come out of isolation.
