Nose only LFT?

Does anyone know if they have started sending the nose only tests back out yet? The last few times we ordered we got nose and throat.
Fine for us, but nightmare for DD.

Just swab both nostrils it works just as well

I would just use the swabs to do DD’s nose only if the throat is not ideal, I have friends who struggle due to jaw issues and just do nose with them.

It even says in the instructions that you can just swab both nostrils

We are getting both, it seems to be random. However I was negative on nose only & positive (the next morning admittedly) on nose & throat. I've read that omicron replicates more in the throat.
The instructions do say you can just do the nose.

I ordered some on Wednesday and they came as nose-only.
