Positive line fades

It’s day 5 for me. Positive line came up straight away, but gradually faded. Is it a dud test, should I retake it? What does it mean?

Never heard of the line disappearing, I’d do another one later. I understand the tests to release on days 5 and 6 need to be 12 hours apart, so you could test again say 7 pm today and 7 am tomorrow and if they’re both negative, you can leave isolation.

If it's fading after the 30 minutes you don't need to do anything. Anything that happens after that time is irrelevant.

Some tests are only 15 minutes so check the instructions on your particular test
