Day 10 sore throat

My husband tested positive 10 days ago. Very slight symptoms and faint lines appearing on day 6 & 7 so thought after 10 days all would be good but today he has a sore throat and strong lines again
Should he come out or not?

The day he tested positive counts as day zero so he might still have a day to go. Has he definitely counted correctly?

Pressed post by accident. In his situation, I’d follow the guidance and not continue to formally isolate but I’d be probably be more careful about where I went and who I met.
