5 year old cough

My 5 year old tested positive for covid on 30th Jan, she had a horrible croup like cough for 3-4 days. She tested negative on days 6 and 7 so has returned to school.
I think today is technically her day 11 and and she has a very persistent, dry cough keeping her awake. This only started tonight and I’m not sure whether it’s a covid cough given that it started after her isolation has finished or anything else and I’m also not sure how to help her relieve it.
Anyone else had this or any suggestions?
