Pcr result text??

Not sure if anyone can help, but I'm very confused!
I tested positive on a lateral flow on Saturday evening, followed up with a pcr Sunday morning.
Monday morning arrives, I received two texts - one negative result and one positive. I'm still testing positive on LFT so I'm isolating as required.
My confusion is over the texts - why did I receive two messages of different outcomes? And my positive result message is the same as the one I had in September, starting 10 days isolation etc. Has the text not changed since? I'm a bit concerned there's been some form of privacy/data breech. Does anyone have a recent positive and negative text result they can attach (with all your details removed of course) for me to compare?
I do have a long term anxiety problem which I am being treated for, just Incase anyone mentions that I may need help for this.
Thank you in advance.

The text I received this morning for DD said:

"Dear FIRST NAME SURNAME
Birth Date: XXXX
Test Date: XXXX

Your coronavirus PCR or other lab test result is negative. You likely did not have the virus when the test was done.

If you were advised to take this test after a positive lateral flow test, you no longer need to self-isolate.

There is still a chance you could be infected. To stay safe:

get vaccinated
stay home if unwell
wear a face covering in crowded settings
handwash regularly
open windows if meeting indoors
download NHS COVID-19 app
If you’re a contact, you may need to continue daily lateral flow tests or self-isolate. Go to www.nhs.uk/covid-contact

If you’re going into hospital for a procedure, self-isolate until then.

If you have symptoms including a cough that does not go away, contact 111 or see your GP. In an emergency dial 999."

It was identical to the email we also received.

I’ve got this problem too OP. I’ve also received two PCR test results and emails when I haven’t even taken a test! They’ve also appeared on my NHs records. I’m waiting for a call back from test and trace but no doubt will have to ring them again to chase up.

One text will be about your positive LFT. It says something like "Your recent coronavirus test was positive, do xyz". It's only the text that references the PCR that is the PCR test result one. That really confused me when I had a false positive LFT and a negative PCR!

Thank you for your responses!

To add to the issue, I forwarded the positive message to my employer, as well as the photos of the LFT. He's come back and said he's not used to seeing a pcr text in that format. I replied this is what I got, I assume the texts change as the advice and guidelines change. This text has a code to input to the app which tells you how long to isolate based on the date of the test. I sent the screenshot of the app as well. He's still not happy, and insinuating I'm making it up Confused

I had delta in November, assuming this is omicron. I'm triple jabbed, I've taken all precautions, I'm not sure what else I can do! I'm absolutely terrified I'm going to be in trouble for following the rules!

This is the positive text from my Saturday morning PCR test
I also had one with a code to input for the app but that's to do with track and trace I think
