When do I return?

PCR on 31st Jan positive as lft was positive but no symptoms. NHS app says isolate till 11.59 on 10th Feb. Still testing positive on LFT so is it Friday I can go back ( as 31st was day 0)

Yes Friday you can go back (that will be your day 11) unless you get 2 negative LFTs 24 hours apart before then.
