LFT question

Is this a sign of reinfection, or a hangover line from a couple of weeks ago? I tested positive (PCR and LFT) on 19th Jan
Had a negative LFT on 1st Feb. I returned to work but still felt very tired.
Woke up this morning breathless with an annoying cough, had to use my inhaler, took a test and can see a very faint line, in the time limit. What's that about? Same infection just not completely gone? (Pic attached)

If it's less than two weeks since you first tested positive I would think it's just the end of that infection

Thank you for your reply. It's been 2.5weeks since my first positive (19th Jan until today).
