Calling Covid experts or anyone who has found themselves in the following situation.
Symptoms of covid since Saturday (29 Jan) last week. Continuing to test positive. As of Tuesday (8th) it’s possible to leave isolation even if still testing positive.
Going on holidays at half term (12th Feb, ie 2 weeks to the day after the first symptom) to a country that requires a negative PCR test.
Chances are the required PCR test will be positive.
Does anyone know how quickly the UK govt changes status to Recovered From Covid in the app? Which I believe the country in question will accept in spite of a positive PCR.
