Had covid on day 10 today, still positive. For my work I have to test a few times a week - so how does this work if I'm still positive?

That's a very good question. Does your work have a policy? I can't find one for ours, but we have mostly worked from home, going to hybrid. I think we would check individually with our manager and likely be told to WFH - I'll be doing that if still positive next week.

I'm also on day 10 and still positive. Think I'm recovering and on the way towards negativity. I think most people go negative by 14 days as far as I know.

I think you'd have to check with work, but I think my plan is to keep testing daily until I have two negatives in a row, then leave it at least a few days/maybe a week to test again, so then I can be fairly sure that if I get a positive it'll be a new infection.
