PCR test for work

I read on the government website from 11th January 2022 that a PCR test is no longer needed. My employer will only list as a covid absence and full pay with PCR test. I'm getting fed up as I'm supposed to be recovering from being ill but am having to email HR, my line manager, fill in track and trace forms and constant text messages and do a PCR test. I just want time to rest. It seems like all this stuff is just to save money for the employer and treat everyone as though they are faking covid.

Log the positive LFT test online and you will get a code to give to your HR dept. Tell your work that you are not well and are doing all that is required by law.
