Dry mouth and nausea

Day 9 since positive test. First few days were typical, blinding headache, muscle aches, sore throat, cough basically couldn’t get out of bed.
All those symptoms are gone and today my LFT was negative,
BUT I still can’t get off the sofa, my mouth is so dry, I can’t quench it and the nausea is constant, I feel like I have an awful hangover, constantly! Anyone else had this?!

Early days for me here but just came on to say the dry mouth could be that you need electrolytes, try adding a pinch of salt and lemon juice to your drinks
